We perform residential and commercial septic system inspections for real estate and annual inspections throughout Maine.

Our septic inspections include the following:

• Tank Location
• Sludge, Scum and Water Level Check
• Filter Inspection (if equiped)
• Inlet and Outlet Inspection
• D-Box Inspection and Location 
• Leech Field Inspection

All inspections are done in compliance with national standards and Maine DHHS requirements. We also use Maine DHHS provided inspection forms for the inspection and can provide a written report with images if requested for an additional $100. All inspections meet LUPC standards for existing systems and are done in compliance with Shoreland Zoning Inspection Requirements for real estate transactions under Maine law.
