 All inspections are priced by the sq ft and what is involved in the inspection. For all inspections for areas that are outside of our expertise we bring in professionals for those areas who will issue their reports to us to attach to our final report.

For code inspections we work in all Maine towns but some towns require approvals to use a Certified TPI inspector. For unzoned areas such as the Topsfield Maine area we are available to perform all inspections except electrical which we outsource to a master electrician or limited electrician depending on the building type.

As a note Commercial Building Inspectors are not licensed in any state like home inspectors. Instead most commercial building inspectors get certified through third-party certification agencies like CCPIA.

All commercial building inspections are performs to the InterNACHI and CCPIA standards of practice and Maine law for Maine inspections which exceed both of these standards.
