- Porch/Deck
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- Fireplace
- Attic, Insulation & Ventilation
- Interior
We issue all written reports with photographs and recommendation/findings within 48 hours of the inspection with many issued the same day.
All inspections are done in compliance with InterNACHI Standards of Practice
What is not covered:
- Codes (this is separate from home inspections and goes beyond the standards of practice)
- Pest Inspections
- Pools
- Wells or Water Systems (water testing is separate as well)
- Thermal Imaging
- Perdicting the life expectancy of equipment or any hidden damage.
